The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of your purchase, depending on the delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders over €120 in Europe.

Returns and Refunds:
You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping. Cannabis seeds must be in their original state and not opened or handled in any way. Report any issues with your order through our online contact form within 15 days of receiving the order. Provide specific details about the reason for the return and attach any relevant photographic evidence, if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return if approved. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within a maximum of 15 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
